At Nubian Natural Hair Gallery, we’ve always adhered to strict sanitation and disinfectant practices, and we will continue to keep following those practices. You can rest assured that your health and wellness will be protected while in our salon.

We are now required to operate much differently than we’ve been used to; and to accommodate those new changes, we have implemented these new guidelines.

  1. Please call for all appointment requests.

  2. Limited number of clients per stylist will be allowed in the salon.

  3. Nubian Natural Hair Gallery requires a Refundable  50% deposit to secure an appointment

  4. We require  72 hours notice of any cancellation or rescheduling for deposits to be refunded.

  5. Deposits cannot be applied to a future service unless 72 hours advanced notice is given.

  6. All no call/no shows or last minute cancellation will be charged the full cost of the missed appointment.

  7. Per the new guidelines set forth by the state of North Carolina, we essentially have to operate as if we were a health care facility; therefore, our cost of operation will be increasing. Consequently, there will be a $3.00 surcharge for all appointments.

Please reschedule your appointment if you have any of the following:

·      Fever

·         Runny Nose ( for any reason, including allergies)

·         Cough

·         Headache

·         Cold/Flu like symptoms

·         Allergies

·         General Malaise

Once you get to the building:

  1. Please wait in the car and text to let us know you’ve arrived. The front doors will be locked, so we will have to come escort you inside.

  2. Please have a mask on.

  3. Only cellphones, keys, and water bottles will be allowed inside the premises. Leave everything else in the car.

Once in the salon:

  1. Lay your keys and phone on the paper towel placed on the floor. There will be a new one placed on the floor for every client.

  2. Use hand sanitizer on your hands.

  3. Clean your phone and keys with the disinfecting wipes.

  4. Apply hand sanitizer again.

  5. Only credit card payments will be accepted.

Hopefully these guidelines won’t be around for long, and we thank you for your patience.
